NT Writers Festival 2026: Expressions of Interest are now closed.

Expressions of Interest are now closed for next year’s NT Writers Festival 28 – 31 May 2026 in Garramilla/Darwin.

Are you a writer or storyteller who lives in the NT – or has a strong connection to this place – and would like to take part in our nationally-recognised festival?

We’re looking for enthusiastic and confident artists who are keen to talk about their work in panels, readings or walks. As well as this, we are looking for:
– romance writers with spicy stories for an evening reading event
– proposals for immersive events that connect audience members to each other.
