Kristin Metcalfe
Kristin has developed her life-long fascination for mangroves habitats during many decades of research and monitoring in Top End mangrove forests. After studying ecology in Sydney she later completed a Masters and PhD specializing in the biodiversity and productivity of mangroves in Darwin Harbour. Kristin runs her own consultancy practice EcoScience NT and enjoys sharing her enthusiasm and detailed knowledge of these mysterious and amazing tidal forests during guided mangrove walks.
