Steve Hodder Watt

Steve Hodder Watt is a Lardil man from Mornington Island, Queensland. A writer and performer, Steve performed in the Red Dust Theatre production Train Dancing at the Adelaide Festival 2002 and co-wrote Barracking, the story of racial interactions and bonding through religious fanaticism of AFL football. Steve’s spoken word pieces have been published in Going Down Swinging and the Red Room’s The Disappearing project. Steve has worked in Indigenous Media for over 20 years and is currently on the News team at ICTV (Indigenous Community Television).
