Renee McBryde
Renee McBryde is a writer, social worker and mother of four young children. For more than twenty years she has worked with children and families in the community services sector. Her first memoir, The House of Lies, was released in 2017 to critical acclaim. Her second book Unravelling Us was released in May 2022 and has received much praise and media attention over the last seven months being discussed across multiple television, radio and podcast platforms such as One Plus One, Mamamia and Insight. Renee grew up in Sydney but has long lived in outback Alice Springs where she calls home. Renee’s first book has been featured on channel nine’s 60 minutes and SBS’ Insight and continues to sell and garner attention.
