Arts Law – Chloe Hillary

Arts Law is Australia’s only community legal centre for the arts. Arts Law advises artists and arts organisations about their rights and responsibilities. We have free resources about contracts, copyright, defamation, Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP), and offer workshops.
Chloe is a lawyer at Arts Law and a writer. She’s had short fiction published in Overland and was shortlisted for the 2024 Richell Prize.
